JI assisted NEAT during the planning application process for this pivotal 1,800 unit regeneration site with respect of the district heating solutions including both onsite and offsite connections.

JI is assisting the NHS Trust coordinate the technical and contractual deliverables for infrastructure between the appointed master developer, plot developers and the hospital.

JI is negotiating the ESCo agreement over an extended construction period with phased delivery and multiple land owners.
ROyal Exchange Kingston - St George Berkeley
We assisted St Georges in the initial tariff calculations for the communal heat network and have provided subsequent system performance and tariff validation exercises for this 300 unit development in Kingston.
New Mill Quarter - Hackbridge
Residential & mixed use development with c650 units and offsite local authority led heat network.
JI negotiated the offsite heat connection agreement and is facilitating the D&B process with the council.
